As an energy-focused holding company based in San Antonio, Group 42 enables our international and domestic subsidiaries to provide oil and gas services to companies throughout the Arabian Gulf, West Africa, Asia Pacific, the North Sea and North America.   Domestically, Texas Oilfield Fabrication and Pipeline (TOFP) is a pipeline construction business offering integrated services to oil and gas producers, midstream companies and large pipeline operators. Well Flow International offers production enhancing wellbore cleanup and stimulation chemicals and down-hole tools.  Group 42 is proud to call San Antonio home. Texas Oilfield Fabrication and Pipeline

TOFPs oil and gas services include laying of long-line field laterals, installation of large connection and block valve sites, modular fabrication of large vales, well site and field production equipment, and engineering and maintenance services. We have a “hands on” approach, often working with our customers from concept to execution. We are known for meeting aggressive deadlines, staying on budget, and providing excellent customer service.

Well Flow International is one of worlds largest independent purveyors of wellbore cleanup and specialty stimulation chemicals and associated downhole tools. Headquartered in Bahrain with operations in the Middle East, Asia Pacific, Arabian Gulf, North Sea, North America and West Africa, it delivers specialized, technology-driven chemical and tool solutions to oil and gas industry leaders worldwide.
