HERMAN L. LOEB LLC is a family owned, privately held oil and gas exploration and production company that has been in business for over 70 years. Our head office is located in Lawrenceville, Illinois and our Exploration and Production Operations office is located in Plainfield, Illinois. We have two field offices; our IL Basin field office, located in Lawrenceville, and our Mid-Continent field office, located in Great Bend, Kansas. We currently operate over 1,000 wells and have non-operating interests in over 700 wells, across 13 states. We continuously search for opportunities to augment our portfolio, through investment in our existing assets, acquiring new assets and entering into new partnerships. Of great importance to us is being a good steward of the lands we operate, and fostering mutually respectful relationships with landowners, joint interest partners, regulators and our local communities.
