  Incline Energy, Inc. is a privately held, family owned, independent oil and natural gas company located in Midland, Texas.  We are engaged in the development, exploration, and exploitation of oil and natural gas properties.  Our operations are currently focused in the West Texas area of the Permian Basin.  Our business plan is to increase our reserves and production incorporating a combination of drilling and acquisition of currently producing properties.  Incline’s relatively small size and strong capital structure provide us with the ability to act quickly when an opportunity arises.
