Industrias principals have provided Engineering, Procurement, and Construction services in developing photovoltaic (PV) solar energy generation facilities in Massachusetts since 2008.  We have managed, constructed, or designed over 175 megawatts (MW) of solar facilities.     With over 80 years of combined experience in the energy sector, the principals of Industria joined together in 2016 to focus on energy services including project management, engineering, construction, and operations & maintenance.  

Services

• Industria Principals have worked with some of the nations leading utilities and renewable energy investors providing project management services for the design, permitting, bidding, and installation of MW-sized solar PV arrays.  We have the capability to manage small to large-sized energy projects for corporations, utilities, and municipalities.
• Industria has the capacity to manage 25+ MW per year of EPC contracts. We have built MW sized arrays on brownfields, landfills, rooftops, and greenfields. We have also constructed solar carports and garage canopies. Our civil and environmental background allows us to have a unique perspective on difficult sites that results in reduced costs and increased production.
• Industrias design and construction expertise allows us to efficiently operate and maintain any size solar array with the goal of maximizing kWh production. We currently have annual O&M contracts for over 50 MW of projects and our portfolio is growing...
