Island Energy Corporation is a privately held, independent Oil and Gas Company located in Nashville, Tennessee. Formed originally in 2009 in the city of San Diego, CA, IEC was incorporated for the purpose of, trading Oil and Gas refined products. Our founders leverage 20+ years of experience in the Oil and Gas sector and improve upon their existing corporate knowledge of the industry by applying new technologies to succeed in the ever-changing field of efficient energy production. The name Island Energy is derived from our holistic philosophy that energy solutions should be contained and compatible to the existing environment to the degree it is self-sustaining and creates independence in terms of scalability and resources. Island Energy Corporation is committed to build a company where individual or institutional investors can become long term partners who, in a short or medium term, develop a portfolio of Oil & Gas properties that generate very attractive monthly cash flow earnings.

In order to be implemented successfully we believe project goals should be deeply rooted within target market segment’s actual needs. IEC understands before undertaking any project we must posit ourselves in the customer’s shoes and envision their environment and world as they perceive it in current and future states. Additionally, we must collaborate to differentiate between non-essential, needed, and primary energy solution bearing projects for a specific segment of the market.  In our experience we have found customer interviews are critical in identifying real market energy priorities based on essential energy gaps in the existing infrastructure. Given customer feedback and collaboration we were able to set criteria, prioritize and give weight to each, and then set score to pick a solution that is based on established process and good judgment.

Strategy

In recent years, companies that were founded by, or managed by, members of the Island Energy Corp. management team have successfully completed numerous financings of their projects, including over 50 million dollars in financings for energy related companies.  Frontier Markets are the main source of new oil & gas remaining to be developed, but have historically suffered due to lack of understanding, accessibility, political risk, infrastructure as well as a shortage of venture capital. However, the opportunity for long-term return on investment far exceeds the risks and ability of any one firm to finance and implement a total venture. Additionally, complex oil & gas projects in frontier markets require programmatic solutions that combine and synchronize multi-disciplinary specialty expertise across technical industry, finance, government and countries. Furthermore, the ability to execute small to medium projects in Frontier markets (which constitute the bulk of known fields) require an attentive, scalable and cost efficient approach to design, engineering and construction.
