History

Jacobs Petroleum Products, Inc. (JPP) has been in business since early 1950s. Richard Stuck, after a 14-year career with Exxon Corporation, purchased the Waynesburg-based business in 1976.In 1989, JPP expanded its market share and acquired Oakland Oil Company in Oakland, MD. JPP also owns a chain of convenience stores and car washes.The company has also become a major provider of diesel fuel to the natural gas drilling and fracing industry and specializes in efficient, competitively-priced, on-site delivery of fuel for drilling companies.

Fuel 

JPP supplies both on and off-road diesel fuel as well as gasoline and propane to keep your projects up and running. While on site, we will also wet line the equipment to keep your job as productive as possible. In addition to our fuels, JPP also offers a variety of lubricants that keep your equipment running smooth. 

Tanks / Pumps 

Jacobs Petroleum offers a full line of specialized fueling tanks for your jobsite to ensure you have the fuel when you need it. Our tanks are doulble-wall tanks and are equipped to be able to track inventory on a real time basis. All tanks are OSHA approved and available for both lease or sale. Our sizes range from 500 – 8,000 gallon tanks.We offer safe and timely delivery of tanks that we will keep full with our expanding fleet of short/straight trucks.  We provide three pump choices 12 volt pumps, 110 volt pumps and high-speed 110 volt pumps capable of up to 30 – 35 gallons/min. JPP also has meters and filters available to fit all of our pumps.  We also deliver propane to oilfield sites for frac water heating and hot oilers.

LUBRICANT SERVICES 

JPP understands the importance of having your equipment up and running at all times, and so we provide a variety of lubricants for any job. We utilize both Mobile and Naviguard Lubricants and can deliver in 55 Gallon drums or in cases.

Stuck Enterprises is proud to announce that we are a Voyager Channel Marketer.  The Voyager fleet card is accepted at over 230,000 locations nationwide.  The Voyager card is a trusted fleet card for businesses of all sizes to keep track of your fuel purchases locally and over the road.  To sign up for an account please give us a call at 724-627-3757 to discuss further. Along with the introduction of our Voyager card, Stuck Enterprises has also developed Stuck’s Fleet Fueling which is a chain of card-lock fueling stations in PA, MD, and WV.  The locations are owned and operated by Jacobs Petroleum (Stuck Enterprises) and are open 24/7/365.  They offer Regular Gasoline, On-Road Diesel, Off-Road Diesel, and Diesel Exhaust Fluid by pump.
