JAG Energy, Inc. (JAG) was founded by James R. Brann and George Wright in 2002 because they saw a need for a logical, innovative approach to supplying domestic refiners in the competitive field of energy trading. Drawing on sixty years of experience in all facets of trading, hedging and refinery supply, JAG was formed.

At JAG we believe in maximizing the opportunities that present themselves to us thereby enabling JAG to generate the most benefit for ourselves as well as our customers, which has resulted in JAG being a profitable entity from the outset. The innovation and industry experience that started JAG has led to recognition as the industry leader when it comes to each of JAG’s operations. In particular, JAG’s Smart Lease Automatic Custody Transfer (LACT) Units are recognized as the leader in transfer of liquid hydrocarbons at the terminal or in the field with our portable units.

JAG’s domestic business is handled by JAG Energy USA, Inc. with JAG Energy Inc. handling our international business. Additional services are provided through JAG Tanking of Texas, Inc., JAG Exploration & Production, JAG Energy Investments, LLC, Mission Measurements LLC, Vacuum Services and Logistics, LLC, and George West RV Park, LP.
