Kaler Oil Co., Inc. was founded in 1956 by Robert J. Kaler Sr. and his wife Dorothy. The business is and always has been family owned and operated. It is now run by their son Robert Kaler Jr. His sons; Ron, Steve, and Mike are three of the four drivers. Kaler Oil Co., Inc. is dedicated to its customers in Midcoast area, and have very competitive prices.

Prices

• C.O.D. Cash Price deliveries are 100 gallon minimum and MUST be paid at the time of delivery.
• Deliveries under the 100 gallon minimum are charged at the base price and will only be delivered when we are in the delivery area. The lowest amount of oil we will deliver is 50 gallons.
• Out of area deliveries will be charged a $125.00 fee.
• A $15.00 restart fee will be charged if we have to start your furnace.
• All after hours deliveries are charged a $125.00 delivery charge plus the amount of delivery at the time of delivery.
• All service calls during business hours are $80.00 an hour plus cost of parts used.
• All after hours service calls are charged $120.00 an hour plus cost of parts used.
• Returned checks will be charged a $12.00 bank fee and our returned check fee of $25.00.
• Annual Cleaning cost is $150.00 plus cost of parts used. Standard full cleaning consists of cleaning - $150.00, nozzle - $13.50, oil element - $12.50, pump screen - $12.50 and sales tax - $2.12 for a total of $190.62. Additional parts will be used if needed, and cost per part priced as necessary. Scheduled May - September.
