K.S. Oil Company, Inc. is an upstream, independent oil and gas exploration and production company. Proudly involved in the oil and gas exploration business for more than 50 years, Norman-based K.S. Oil drills, completes and operates its own oil and gas wells. Our hands-on approach features onsite decision-making. K.S. Oil owns and operates wells all over the state of Oklahoma. We establish and maintain excellent relationships with property owners by keeping our locations in excellent condition from day one. 

History

K.S. Oil Company, Inc. was founded in 1967, by Dr. K. E. Smith. The company is now in its 50th year in the oil and gas exploration business. The president, Keith Smith, has over 30 years of knowledge and experience, which will allow K.S. Oil to thrive through the upcoming years of oil and gas in Oklahoma.

KS OIL TODAY 

Keith Smith has taken the company into the 21st century, using current technology to keep the company profitable. This includes using drones for location and pipeline mapping. Our operations continue around the clock at our numerous sites around Oklahoma. Our well sites are exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Over five decades, we have survived the ups and downs of the oil and gas exploration industry.
