CORPORATE GOVERNANCE

Employees are encouraged to call the Lilis Ethics Hotline to report violations or possible violations of the Code of Business Conduct, including but not limited to, engaging in or attempting theft of Company property, facilities, or physical resources, and engaging in fraud, waste, misappropriation, unauthorized alteration and intentional damage to Company assets.
