ROFA - Rotating Opposed Fire Air

ROFA technology is a state-of-the-art combustion optimization solution that delivers decreased NOx and CO formation, increased thermal efficiency, fuel flexibility and in many cases, reduced operating costs, providing enhanced performance over many conventional emissions control technologies. With installations across North America, Europe and Asia on variety of boiler configurations and firing a range of fuels, ROFA can be installed both as a standalone system or retrofitted to enhance existing over-fired air systems.

ROTAMIX - Advanced Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction (SNCR)

The core design principle of the Rotamix system is to optimize chemical injection locations and maximize mixing to increase chemical utilization, helping to reduce annual chemical costs which are typically the largest consideration for any SNCR system. We tailor our Rotamix design to suit the requirements of the client, delivering options that enable clients to balance costs (both capital and lifetime) with performance.

SORBMIX - Lance-less Sorbent Injection System 

The Sorbmix technology can be installed for both Furnace or Duct injection, ensuring SO2, SO3 and HCl reductions with lower sorbent usage by increasing sorbent mixing. Sorbmix can be installed as a new application or retrofitted to existing DSI or FSI systems, reducing sorbent usage and maintenance issues that can be associated with lance-based systems.
