Natwick Appraisals is a family-owned, independent appraisal firm, providing commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential appraisal services on the local, regional, and national levels. In the past several years we have appraised numerous types of commercial and industrial property, but we have largely specialized in ethanol plant and other biofuel plant appraisals.  Our experienced appraisers understand the process of renewable energy production, and they have developed the expertise and have the competence to provide appraisal services for ethanol plant and other biofuels properties. Natwick Appraisals had its beginnings in Fargo, ND as Arneson & Associates in the 1940’s. When Herman and James Natwick became owners of the firm in 1997, the name of the business was updated to Arneson Natwick Appraisal Services. Harry Arneson passed away in 1997, and a few years later the firm name was officially changed to Natwick Associates Appraisal Services, and more recently is was shortened to Natwick Appraisals.  Natwick Appraisals is a family-owned, independent appraisal firm providing commercial, industrial, residential, and farm appraisal services on the local, regional, and national levels. INDUSTRIAL

We have performed hundreds of various types of industrial property appraisals in our local and regional markets as well nationwide. Our primary specialty in industrial appraisal work is with ethanol, biodiesel, and other types of biofuel plant appraisals. In the mid-1990’s we became involved with numerous appraisal assignments related to the smaller to mid-sized dry mill ethanol facilities being constructed in the Midwest, Great Plains, and Eastern Corn Belt. As the size and number of dry mill ethanol plants expanded throughout the United States, we have continued to maintain and grow our competence. We have provided appraisal services for well over one hundred different dry mill ethanol plant facilities in the past fifteen years. With the increased focus on cellulosic ethanol, biodiesel, and other advanced biofuels, we continue to provide quality and timely appraisal services.  Our industrial appraisal background also includes agricultural product processing, feedmills, oil-seed crushing facilities, seed processing facilities, aquatic feed manufacturing, renewable natural gas production, fertilizer and farm chemical sales, and service businesses to name a few.

COMMERCIAL

Natwick Appraisals has appraised hundreds of parcels of agricultural land devoted to continued agricultural crop production as well as development land. We also provide appraisal services for rural residential property in the region in addition to agricultural related businesses and processing facilities. Our appraisal reports are in the narrative format, and they provide an in-depth analysis of the property, its current and potential usage, its surrounding area, and other factors affecting the marketability. Our agricultural property appraisals are performed for financing purposes, estate planning, establishing asking prices for possible sale transactions, and other purposes.
