NM Environmental Surveys Inc was founded in 2010 by a group of scientists with many years of experience in the enviromental sciences.

The company aims to provide high level consulting services, in collaboration with it's clients across the spectrum of environmental management and protection.

We try to keep up with the evolving, complex needs of customers. To achieve this goal, the company has established long term partnerships with scientists from a wide range of industries to meet even the most demanding projects.

PROFILE

Environmental studies have an important distinction in relation to other categories.

They require a wide objective, depending on the nature of the project or activity assessed. Therefore, collaboration of scientists with expertise in each case is needed.

Because of the above particularity it is difficult to maintain a permanent organization that can cope with all types of projects and activities. For this reason the setup of the company includes a core of scientists with extensive experience in environmental sciences and is surrounded by a network of specialists who can cover almost all the types of projects and activities.

In this way the study team gets adjusted to the needs of each project and not the opposite.

The disciplines in the network include environmentalists, ornithologists, chemical engineers, civil engineers, surveyor engineers, etc.

EXPERIENCE

The stuff of the company has produced several environmental studies for projects and activities. In specific more than 180 environmental studies, for various types of projects and activities have been produced.

The total experience so far includes the following:
30 E.I.A. for roads and ports including 4 motorways, 1 offshore road, 2 urban ring roads, 3 ports and 9 provincial rural roads
40 E.I.A. for Hydraylic projects including 27 Small Hydro Power Plants, total installed capacity of 133.7 MW, 1 water refinery drillings and water supply networks
4 urban infrastructure facilities including wastewater treatment plants and sludge thermal drying
8 Strategic environmental Assessments (S.E.A.) and E.I.A.for urban development projects
6 E.I.A. for industrial projects including 2 projects of Thermoelectric plants, total installed capacity 582 MW
80 E.I.A. for renewable energy projects including 70 Windfarms total installed capacity of 1579 MW, 4 projects of energy recovery from Biomass, total installed capacity 6 MW, 6 Hybrid Electricity generating stations

SERVICES

The Company’s activity includes consulting services in the entire field of environmental sciences.

The range of services extends from environmental studies for simple structural projects and activities, to environmental studies for complex innovative projects, designing wastewater treatment facilities for urban and industrial waste and studies on identification, management and protection of natural and human environment.

Substantial part of the activities are consulting services in environmental assessment issues of environmental responsibility/environmental status assessment, as well as corporate social responsibility and green entrepreneurship.

The company is also engaged in providing comprehensive development services - licensing and managing energy projects (RES and conventional) and evaluating licensing status and maturity of renewable energy projects (licensing due diligence).
