Northeast Oil & Propane is a family owned and operated full-service heating and cooling company that has been in business since 1971 when our family proudly opened its doors.  From humble beginnings and a single delivery truck to our present full-service operation comprising a fleet of 17 vehicles, our propane division has grown in size and respect by listening to customers and adapting to their changing needs and lifestyles.  At Northeast Oil & Propane our fully trained and licensed technicians clean, service and install furnaces, boilers, hot water heaters.  With offices in Brooklyn, Danielson, and Franklin, we are one of the most reliable energy companies in eastern Connecticut, serving customers throughout all of Windham and New London Counties, large parts of Southern Worcester County, and large parts of Tolland Country see our service area map.  Many family-owned companies have sold out to the national corporations, but Northeast Oil & Propane is proudly keeping business in our family to better serve your family.

Our crew of service professionals is on call for customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week including holidays. You’ll rest easy knowing problems will be handled quickly and your well maintained system will be more fuel efficient and less likely to require costly repairs.

Service Plans

• A Northeast Oil & Propane highly skilled and certified technician will conduct a safety inspection and leak test of the heating system based on manufacturer’s recommendations and industry best practice. Our Annual System Tune Up will keep your propane system running efficiently which saves fuel usage, extends life of your equipment, and ensures you are in compliance with warrant standards.
• Our Propane Service Plan provides you with a discount of 15% off additional parts and labor costs if maintenance is ever needed (excluding system replacements).
• Northeast Oil & Propane means never having to guess how you’ll handle or afford a heating emergency. Our crew of service professionals is on call for customers 24 hours a day, seven days a week including holidays. You’ll rest easy knowing if your system needs unplanned repair that we will be there for you.
• Monitoring of air filters each year can make a big difference in the amount of dust and particulates blowing through a hot air system. Customers should replace their filters every six months. We do not carry filters but would be happy to change a customer supplied filter if you have one at the time of service.
