Northstar Offshore Group, LLC was formed in February 2012, following the sale of Northstar Offshore Energy Partners, LLC, to Ankor Energy in December 2011 for $201 Million. Prior to this sale, Northstar sold to Dynamic Offshore in 2008 for $235 Million. The current entity represents the third generation of the Northstar team. Since Northstar's inception in 2001, the company has continued to focus on acquisitions, development, and exploration in the Gulf of Mexico.Northstar participates in the shallow waters of the Gulf of Mexico through acquisitions, production enhancements, development drilling, workovers and low risk exploration. We carefully manage our risks by having focused activity in our core areas, spreading our drilling risks over multiple opportunities, and maintaining an active hedging strategy to protect against fluctuating commodity prices.Future activity will focus on:

• Acquiring quality assets from Gulf of Mexico sellers
• Development and exploitation of those fields
• Maturing and drilling our existing inventory of primary term leases
