We deliver quality lubricants, gasolines, diesel fuels, heating oils and K1 kerosene. We provide an outstanding staff of sales, delivery and accounting personnel to meet our customers daily needs. We are also a certified DBE-WBE through the West Virginia Department of Transportation.  Oliver Fuels and Oils, Inc. was founded in 1950 by Hazel and R. N. Oliver. Since that date, we ve enjoyed more than 60 years of business and growth.

Who We Serve 

We work with the construction industry, commercial, wholesale, retail, industrial, home heating and farming markets. Our lubricant and fuel customers include contractors, excavators, truck fleets, government agencies, railroads, agricultural, manufacturing, utilities, municipalities, hospitals, backup generators and individuals.

What We Do

Whether you need to use our tanks or have your own, we have the equipment and fuel for your jobsite. Our stock includes small and large outdoor aboveground skid tanks for fueling equipment, pumps and nozzles. We also offer direct equipment fueling (or wet hosing).  After hours and automatic fuel standing orders can be scheduled. Pickups at our warehouse are always welcome!  In case of an emergency, we have the fuels and oils you need such as kerosene for heaters & lamps, fuels for generators, fuel transfers, hydraulic oils, high temperature greases and much more.

Popular Fuels and Oils We Supply:

• We keep clear (on highway) and dyed (off highway) ultra low sulfur #2 diesel fuels. Our clear ultra low sulfur diesel may be used for on-highway vehicles and equipment. Dyed ultra low sulfur diesel may be used for any off-road or off-highway equipment such as construction equipment, generators, reefer units, farm equipment and many off-highway uses.
• We stock non-ethanol 90 octane gas, engineered to improve your fuel economy. This ethanol free gas provides better vehicle mileage and is suitable for your automotive, boating, lawn equipment needs and more. We also stock ethanol gas in various grades.
• We stock straight weight or multi weight viscosity engine oils as well as synthetic and non-synthetic grades. Our lubricant line includes hydraulic oils, gear oils, heat transfer oils, cutting oils and many specialty lubricant products. Our warehouse stocks high temperature, synthetic and specialty greases for industrial needs.
• We stock K1 clear kerosene for a wide range of heating uses, such as furnaces, kerosene heaters and lamps. We also offer scented kerosene additives for smaller unvented kerosene heaters.
