Outrigger Energy is a Denver-based midstream energy company with primary geographical focus in West Texas, the Rockies, and the Mid-Continent.  Our services include natural gas gathering, compression, processing, and treating, NGL fractionation, crude oil gathering, and comprehensive marketing services. We strive to provide our customers with the infrastructure and services necessary to bring their production to market in a timely and efficient manner, allowing them to focus on the development of their reserves.

Proven Success

Our management team possesses a strong mix of engineering, operations, and financial expertise. Our extensive knowledge of the midstream business enables us to design and implement timely, innovative and cost-effective solutions for our customers. In recent years, Outrigger’s management team has been directly responsible for the operation of over 3 BCF/d of gathering and processing facilities, construction and operation of over 1 million horsepower of natural gas compression, and over 3,000 miles of natural gas gathering and transmission pipeline facilities. Additionally, over the last 7 years, our management team has had direct responsibility for the investment of over $2 billion in the midstream industry while maintaining high quality, competitively priced services for our customers.

Technical Competence

Outrigger’s technical staff provides complete process design using detailed, multi-phase, nodal analysis for gathering systems, and rigorous simulation software for processing facilities.  All of this is accomplished in-house, allowing Outrigger to provide facility designs that are unparalleled in performance and efficiency.  Our staff has successfully designed, installed, started up, and operated numerous natural gas and crude oil gathering systems, large processing facilities including cryogenic plants, as well as several natural gas treating facilities and compressor stations.  We also possess extensive knowledge and experience with natural gas, NGL and crude oil marketing.
