Paragon Energy, Inc. was formally established in October of 2002, but originally began in 1999.In March 2004, a Limited Partnership, Paragon Energy Two, LP was created to open up investment opportunities and generate capital for further growth and development, with Paragon Energy GP, LLC being the General Partner of the Partnership. Mr. Kim is sole owner of Paragon Energy, Inc., the partnership, and the Manager of Paragon Energy GP, LLC.Paragon Energy, Inc. is the owner of oil and gas properties consisting of producing, mineral, royalty, overriding royalty, and working interest of a number of gas wells in Leon, Freestone and Dewitt County, Texas, Wayne County, Mississippi, NE Wyoming, and St. Helena Parish, Louisiana.

Paragon Energy, Inc. is involved in two high potential development projects in Harris County, Texas with the existing wells and the new development being a large part of the Limited Partnership mentioned above.
