Incorporated in the state of California in 1965 by the Ulberg family, Petro Lock is located on 6 acres in Lancaster, California approximately 70 miles north of Los Angeles. We started with one purpose in mind: to provide quality products and outstanding customer service.

Transmission Fluid

Grease

Your machinery’s components operate at a variety of speeds and temperatures, demanding specific lubricant viscosities for specific applications. Gear Lubricants

Gears are the most common way to transmit power from one revolving shaft to another.  Different combinations of gears are responsible for increasing/decreasing speed and changing direction.  Due to the many needs and applications there are several types of gears.  Some of the types are worm gears, hypoid gears, helical gears, spur gears, to name a few.  Based on the type of gear and the amount of power and load that it will handle, gear lubricants need to take into account the appropriate load characteristics, drive type, surface finish, transmitted power, application method, and water contamination.  Petro Lock offers a full line of premium Gear Lubricants to meet your needs.

Hydraulic Fluid

Programs Being that we are direct distributors for Chevron and Castrol, we have access to sales tools and techniques to help our customers grow their business.  Sales promotions, Co-op advertising funds, purchase rebates, bounce back promos, and more.  All are designed to help our clients both retain their existing customers and attract new ones.

Oil Analysis Programs

We can provide a complete fluid analysis program that monitors major compartments and components in trucks and other equipment.  Tests are performed on engines, gears, hydraulic systems, and transmissions, as well as coolants and fuels.  Samples are tested for contaminates, wear metals, antifreeze, viscosity, soot, fuel dilution and water.  These all help the customer to better monitor their equipment for premature wear, potential problems, and extended drain intervals.
