Petrofac was first established in Texas in 1981 and our commitment to the Americas region has continued to this day, with offices in Houston, Alaska and Mexico.  Our Houston office supports all of Petrofacs business units in the extensive oil and gas community based along the Gulf Coast. This includes our Engineering & Production Services (EPS) and Integrated Energy Services (IES) businesses.  In 2018 EPS signed a Joint Venture agreement with Danos, a US-based integrated oilfield services provider, to provide outsourced asset support services for clients in the Gulf of Mexico.  Together we combine Danos  integrated service solutions and 71-year track record of skilled labour supply in the Gulf of Mexico, with Petrofacs international experience of managing operations on behalf of asset owners.  Our services span the oil and gas asset life cycle, from concept to asset retirement. We are differentiated in our ability to deliver operations, engineering, project execution and construction, asset management (including operational readiness integrated services), well engineering, late life asset management and asset retirement as well as training and digital competence solutions – or any combination of these services in complete alignment.  In Alaska, we service our most northerly operations including asset management consulting services for BPs plants on the North Slope, whom we have worked with in the country for more than 10 consecutive years.
