Industrial oils are the work horses of the nations economy and Primroses industrial oils are pure bred. Air compressor oils, machine & way oils, rock drill oils, grinding coolants, cutting oils, heat transfer oils, turbine oils, tenter frame and even flushing oils are here for the informed and educated industrial buyer.
Gear Lubricants
Primrose Oil Company is famous for our “climbing” gear lubes. They have been embraced and specified in the demanding oil-field and mining industries. “Climbing” action which eliminates dry starts is just one of the advantages in many of our gear lubricants. Available in petroleum base oils, fortified with our Moly-D friction modifier or in pure PAO synthetic base oil. All feature robust additives for Extreme Pressure, Oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance compatible with the soft metals.
Engine Oils/Supplements
The American Petroleum Institute (API) and the International Lubricant Standardization & Approval Committee (ILSAC) do a great job with the Service Categories specifying the minimum requirements for engine oils.
