ON SITE OIL RECLAMATION SERVICES

In most cases a heat exchanger can rupture and flood a hydraulic oil reservoir with water. Consequently, it may take 4-6 oil changes to completely remove water from a system which can become costly. Therefore, utilizing our kidney loop flushing service is a great cost effective solution. Purified Lubricants’ system removes emulsified water from oil that may reside within system lines and cavities. Most importantly, service can be performed while the machine continues to operate which eliminates downtime.  Leaked hydraulic oil from machines can become a costly expense with the growing price of new makeup oil replacement.  On-site oil reclamation services allow us to purify leaked oil to meet and/or exceed new oil cleanliness specifications so they can be reused again.  Furthermore, we are also capable of replenishing lost additives back into the fluid. We work with top additive manufactures to provide industry-leading additives to help improve anti-wear performance and oxidation protection.  Oil reclamation services provide an estimated 40% – 60% cost savings benefit when compared to replacing leaked oil with new makeup oil.  Environmental implications can also make it difficult and/or expensive to properly dispose of leaked oil.  Oil reclamation services help alleviate this problem by yielding more reusable oil and minimizing waste disposal.

OIL FLUSHING SERVICE | NATIONWIDE SERVICE

• Dirt contamination can become an issue within reservoirs causing premature pump and critical component failure. Our oil flushing service targets and removes these contaminants, therefore restoring the system’s fluid condition back to the recommended ISO cleanliness level. Our service includes on-site laser particle count fluid analysis equipment which allows our service technicians the ability continuously monitor the oil’s condition.
• Our service truck utilizes state of the art moisture sensory technology that aids in our ability to detect and remove moisture levels approximately 80% less than the amount found in standard virgin fluids. Moisture levels in oil below 100 ppm Lower moisture levels can promote longer bearing life and hinder oxidation from forming within the fluid.

OIL PURIFICATION SYSTEM RENTALS | NATIONWIDE RENTAL PROGRAM

Oil purification unit rentals are a perfect fit for obtaining a cost effective approach compared to new oil purchasing.  Furthermore, rentals allow clients to purify industrial fluids without incurring the expense of a new unit purchase.  We have various GPM models available for rent, hence these units are ideal for filtering out dirt and dehydrating emulsified water contamination.  This eliminates the need for multiple oil change outs in reservoirs.  Rental units arrive at each customer’s facility ready for operation.  First and foremost, the rental period begins when the unit arrives at your location and ends upon pickup.  This avoids the rental occurring during the transportation period.  In addition, all rental units arrive with suction hose and return hose included.  Finally, unit rentals are also a great addition to a new or existing preventative maintenance program.  They ensure consistent reservoir fluid cleanliness and promote fluid/machine component longevity.  Unit rentals are user friendly, therefore allowing simple operation and ease of use.  Our customer service technicians are available to assist you in your rental application.
