The patented PYROMEX® ultra-high temperature gasification process recovers the energy content of waste streams and biomass, converts organic materials into clean synthesized gas respectively, by passing the materials through a reactor employing very high temperatures (typically above 1000°C) in the absence of oxygen, creating a far cleaner gas than is available from other processes. The PYROMEX® systems ensure the ideal conditions to allow a most efficient breakdown to create synthesis gas (syngas) from hydrocarbon contained in the waste, leaving no toxic or dangerous residue.

The various waste treatment processes available on the market today, for example Plasma technology, which destroys all valuables rather than recovers them; there are either large-scale, costly incinerators or units based on standard pyrolysis requiring subsequent, very expensive gas scrubbers. All these technologies work far below the critical temperatures of the PYROMEX® solution, produce toxic emissions and leave contaminated residues.
