Quality Petroleum, Inc. began in the early 1960s as Hiner Oils with locations in both Central and Western Arkansas. After a change of ownership in 1994, the name was changed to Quality Petroleum Inc. Quality is a Shell Alliance Distributor. We service the majority of Arkansas, Southeast Kansas, Southern Missouri, Oklahoma, and North Texas through distribution centers in North Little Rock, Jonesboro, Texarkana, Van Buren, Neosho, Oklahoma City, and Tulsa.
