RediFuel is a San Antonio-based, emergency fueling company providing red-dyed (off-road) non-taxed diesel fuel to generators, reefers, and locomotives. Our company operates 24/7, 365 days a year, with our employees and equipment always prepared to deploy.  RediFuel began in 1991 with the acquisition of Benefield Distributing Company, a full line fuels and lubricant jobber in operation since 1958. However, as the world prepared for Y2K, a need for a specialized generator fueling service became apparent and the concept of RediFuel was born. Benefield now operates as our transportation subsidiary providing contract fuel delivery services for RediFuel and business partners.  RediFuel is an emergency response company and therefore must take all precautions to be as unaffected as possible during a crisis. To this end we are constantly fine-tuning our equipment and operations in order to maintain the most reliable service possible. We maintain our own proprietary fuel storage in addition to utilizing multiple refinery suppliers for our product sources. Should an event affect access to any refineries, racks, terminals, or pipelines, our storage enables us to continue servicing our customers without interruption.  We supply the generator fuel to most all data centers, hospitals, medical facilities, office buildings, and telecommunication infrastructure in the San Antonio area and have provided fuel support for contracted customers prior to, during, and after every major hurricane event from Texas to Florida since 2003.  RediFuel is proud to be a EPA Green Partner as well as a CPS Windtricity Partner. A FIRST PRIORITY SERVICE

Primarily applied to fixed-based emergency generators, RediFuel’s KeepFull service places you as a 1st Priority customer. We regularly visit your generator the 2nd month of each calendar quarter to top off the fuel level and visually inspect for any irregularities, ensuring a full tank of fresh fuel ready for any unplanned event.  The KeepFull program enables RediFuel personnel to become intimately familiar with each site as well as customer procedures, protocols, and any special requirements in order to respond as efficiently as possible during an event.  A substantial portion of our stored fuel is allocated to the KeepFull customer base in case of any event. As soon as your generator is activated, when notified, we will dispatch a fueler to monitor and maintain proper fuel levels. There will be no service fee for this or subsequent deliveries until normal operations are restored. You only pay for the fuel dispensed, not the time involved regardless of the duration of the event.
