We specialize in the existing housing stock and realize there is a multitude of very low hanging fruit energy efficiency upgrades that are inexpensive, yet yield huge utility savings and life-changing comfort. REenergizeCO employees are educated, clean cut young men. These guys are the type of people you want to show up at your home. Our in-house sales team is well educated in energy efficiency and each member started on the field crew so they know the install side of the business. The install crews are all trained in-house and we have a management team which oversees all aspects of each job to make sure no detail is missed.

Our expert, local technicians and whole-house energy audits are designed to help all Coloradans live more comfortably and cost-effectively in the homes they love.  Obsessed with productivity–and people–we are a team of well-educated employees, both experts in energy efficiency and trained in installation. More importantly, everyone at REenergizeCO is an employee as we do not hire outside contractors to complete any work. Also, we hire the kind of people you want showing up at your house.

Air Duct Sealing Price:

Duct sealing – You must have proper airflow from your duct system to facilitate home comfort. If you have a duct system in your attic or crawlspace, you must have it insulated and sealed with mastic for it to perform efficiently. Our clients see a tremendous improvement in lessening dust around the home after their ducts are sealed. $250 – $750

Air Sealing Price:

Air sealing – the most important part in the weatherization of a home. Air sealing starts with forming top plates before insulation goes down. Only sealing your windows and doors is a common misconception of air sealing. If you have a draft in your house, odds are it’s coming through interior walls from the attic. $300 – $900

Crawl Space Price:

Crawl Space- This is an energy area that is ignored because it is out of sight and out of mind. The reason why so many floors are cold is due to the crawlspace in which the house is built on is not insulated. Fully insulate your crawl space for $4 – $7 a sq ft.

Home Energy Audit Price:

Energy audit- our audits are underwritten by Xcel by 60% because it is so important. It allows us to do a set series of tests (blower door, Thermal imaging, CFM test of ducts, attic inspection, and combustion appliance test) to determine where energy is lost. Your energy audit will come with a full report and pricing to fix any issues. Xcel usually gives at least $300 and up to $1350. Price after rebate $135

Solar power has become more efficient than ever and can help not only reduce your home’s carbon footprint but also the amount of money you pay every single month for using the power from “the grid”. The average residential system costs around $10,000 after rebates, incentives, and tax credits.
