With the the closure of the renewable energy Feed-in Tariffs (FiT) for renewable electricity generation the government has now removed all forms of support for renewable energy projects.

The good news is that the cost reductions in renewable technologies, particularly wind and solar PV mean that many projects are now financially viable even without subsidies.
