San Isabel Services is all about the customers and their SAFE propane experience. Our drivers, Randy, Wendell, Max, Tim, TJ, Ward, Todd are the eyes and ears to our business. Most of our customers have their driver’s cell phone number. On any given day, a driver may receive a call from a customer just to chat. Our sales guy, Terry is the most “wanted” guy on our team. Terry will stop at nothing to ensure that the customer always come first. Once the sale is signed and sealed, Terry continues to ensure that the account is satisfied. What a concept! Our office team, Kerry, Hana & Becky know their customers by name, and sometimes recognize the number on the phone before they even answer it! They do an impeccable job ensuring that the customers questions are answered swiftly and efficiently. They also do a good job keeping the drivers in line. They truly are the heartbeat of our team!
