SCFI was founded in 2007 to commercialize AquaCritox® in the industrial and municipal market.
We aim to make AquaCritox® easily accessible to our customers. Where appropriate, we offer a Design, Finance, Build, Own, Operate and Maintain package where we take the capital and operational risks and you the customer enjoy the benefits of our technology. Normal lead time for Aqua Critox® is 18-24 months from order. We are always available to discuss with you how our technology can help you in the areas of compliance, ease of operation and improving your bottom line.
We also carry out contract research into new applications of supercritical water oxidation. In areas and applications that SCFI is not actively pursuing, we are happy to discuss licensing agreements.
SCFI assembled the Aqua Critox® A10 model at the companies European Validation Centre (EVC) in Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland. The Aquacritox A10 has been used to proceess waste streams from the USA to Australia with excellent results. Wastes treated include precious metal catalysts, municipal sewage and drinking water sludges and high strength pharmaceutical waste streams.
The company also offers two other modules, the A30 and the A200.
