R Schmitt Enertec GmbH is a manufacturer of gas engines, generator sets and cogeneration sets. Our R&D and manufacturing site is located in Mendig, Germany where production plant covers an area of 183.000 sqft. Our gas engines are exported to all five continents with more than 500 engine installations worldwide. The company was established in 1976 and with our almost 40 years of experience in gas engine power generation we are up to date with the evolving needs of the industry. R Schmitt Enertec International FZCO, Middle East Office, Dubai, UAE is providing sales and aftermarket services to the Regions MENA, South East Asia, Far East and Australia.

Manufacturing

At R Schmitt Enertec our philosophy for the past few years has been to keep all the design and production consolidated at our facility in Mendig, Germany. Everything is manufactured within our manufacturing facility, hence R Schmitt Enertec is always able to quickly adapt to the changes in the market and adhere to our customer’s requirements as quickly as possible. By keeping all the processes and technologies under a centralized control; R Schmitt Enertec’s competitive advantage lies in the fact, that we deliver engines quicker than our competitors. With the manufacturing of gas engines being our main function at our facility in Mendig, Germany, there are also other components, which we manufacture in-house. Components as base frames, enclosures, heat exchangers and especially the control system are all produced at R Schmitt Enertec.

Service & Maintance

As the manufacturer, we are the direct point of contact regarding all technical matters for the customers of our engines. By using authorized R Schmitt Enertec spare parts the entire service and maintenance process will provide guaranteed high quality & results for our customer. We also offer a wide range of service packages from full service contracts to need per basis service. The service package also includes everything from overhauls, lube oil change to repairs. Our help desk can access your machine via phone or internet and do remote diagnostics.
