As a part of our commitment to quality and to our customers and the end users of energy, we have invested in state of the art infrastructure, in development, manufacturing and our business processes. We believe that just setting up good, in fact great facilities, is not enough alone. The commitment has to be on-going and has to be supported by the people who work for us. To this end, we are constantly reviewing our systems, processes and the physical infrastructure our business needs.

To us, corporate responsibility refers to our responsibilities to the world outside and inside the organisation. As a result, corporate responsibility is far more than giving money; the exposure and experience we gain through our activities add as much value to us as it does to the people with whom we interact. The family does give money to good causes and charities- this is done through a foundation. Monetary donations do provide benefits, but we do not believe this is corporate responsibility. To allow us to do this, we have formed, Dharohar (legacy in Hindi), a group of like-minded volunteers from within the group.
Solutions
Security of supply and the ready availability of energy are becoming increasingly dependant on our ability to use energy resources carefully. Whist accurate energy meters are a must if the end user is to conserve energy, conservation is not possible without easy to understand energy usage information. Moreover, this information should be available to the customer in as near to real time as possible. To achieve this requires integrated systems or solutions that monitor and report energy usage effectively.
The system or solution will vary depending on the needs of the customer; understanding these requirements needs knowledge of both metering and of the energy supply chain. Over the years we have partnered with our customers to understand their needs and brought our knowledge of energy measurement to provide them with meters and solutions.
