About Company

Full service rental company with over 100,000 horsepower. Servicing the Permian Basin, Delaware Basin and Barnett Shale. Back in 2003, Rick Hamon, Tim Alexander and Mark Wiegt bought one unit. Rick and Mark had worked together at Arkoma Compression. Rick and Tim had worked together at Hanover Compression. They combined their money and bought Unit #001. Then there was the discussion of what to call the new company. 

The Trio then bought more units via any means possible – used, new, company owned and leased back options. Service Compression has survived the ups and downs of the oil patch, adding units along the way and providing superior service to their customers.
