The company founder and managing director Kai Janßen completed and passed the necessary courses and obtained the necessary certifications in the field of photovoltaic and solar thermal systems. The new company was entered in the trade register on November 1, 2010 by the Chamber of Crafts in Wiesbaden. On February 1st, 2011 the company was converted into a GmbH.
