In 2017, Nick & Alex Schlueter founded Solectriq with a simple mission; To provide electricity in an efficient, affordable manner. If you know Michigan, you know how unpredictable the weather can be. Unfortunately, this left most under the impression that it wouldn’t be an ideal location for solar technology. Our goal was to to create an educated, and energy efficient culture by providing proper knowledge on just how easy it is to capture the sun’s abundant power.   It's inspiring to know that we aren't the only one's looking for an affordable, clean source of energy. Residential solar installation in Michigan is a straightforward process that can be completed in less than a month. The process follows these three steps:

• Racking: installation begins with the installation of a racking system. The racking system is the framework that the solar modules are mounted on.

   

• Mounting the Solar Modules: Once racking is complete, solar panels are then mounted to the racking system and wired in series to each other.

   

• Connecting to the Inverter: The solar array is connected to a junction box that goes to the system’s inverter, which converts DC power to AC power.
