Spectra Energy Partners is one of the largest MLPs in the United States and owns interests in pipeline and storage facilities that connect growing supply areas to high-demand markets for natural gas and crude oil.  These assets include more than 15,000 miles of transmission pipelines, 170 billion cubic feet of natural gas storage and approximately 5.6 million barrels of crude oil storage.  Our natural gas storage and transportation assets generate steady cash flows, primarily backed by long-term contracts. Our crude oil pipelines have annual rate escalators that further enhance our favorable cash generation profile.  All of our business is fee-based, and more than 90 percent of our assets revenues come from fees that reserve capacity on our pipelines and in our storage facilities. This profile supports steady cash flows and minimizes our exposure to commodity price swings.  Spectra Energy Partners assets reach across the U.S. to virtually all major supply basins and link us to key growth markets.
