T-Rex Oil, Inc. is an energy company focused on acquiring, exploring, developing and producing oil and natural gas properties predominately in the Rocky Mountain Region. Our goal is to drill and produce oil and gas cost effectively, by concentrating our efforts on oil rich areas where we have in-house geologic and operating expertise.  To date, the Company has accumulated conventional oil properties, centralized in Wyoming, that offer a combination of low operating costs, low risk development potential in the producing formation, and additional high impact production potential in deeper, undeveloped formations.   The Company’s executives have extensive experience in managing oil and gas properties. Currently, T-Rex Oil, Inc. has acquired producing wells and leases in Wyoming and Nebraska and is actively pursing other expansion opportunities in the established basins of the Rocky Mountain Region.  The Company’s goal is to build steady, sustainable growth of its inventory of its inventory of oil and gas properties. T-Rex Oil, Inc. is headquartered in Broomfield, Colorado. The Company is traded on the OTCQB (“TRXO”). ​

PROJECTS

The Company is seeking to aggregate oil and gas assets in Wyoming, the historical area of operation of its management team. Within Wyoming there are many oil and gas fields that have been neglected by their operator, and are now un‐economic given their higher cost structure. T‐Rex seeks to acquire these non‐core assets, where it has identified simple field enhancement opportunities, that coupled with its low cost operating structure will prove economic even in a low commodity price environment.  ​ To date, the Company has accumulated conventional oil properties, centralized in Wyoming, that offer a combination of low operating costs, low risk development potential in the producing formation, and additional high impact production potential in deeper, undeveloped formations. Most of these projects provide additional future upside value (upon a price recovery) through drilling to deeper productive horizons and through enhanced recovery applications, primarily CO2 Recovery Project in many of these projects.
