DELIVERY SERVICE OPTIONS

Texas Best Propane uses bobtail trucks specifically designed to efficiently deliver to your home propane tank. Safe home propane delivery requires your propane tank be easily accessible to our truck and driver. Your propane tank must be located near the driveway and free of any obstacles or impediments.

Emergency Propane Delivery Service

Should you find yourself in an emergency situation such as equipment failure or propane appliance malfunction, call us at (903) 583-0123 so we can come out to get your service restored quickly as possible. Because we do no not normally make propane deliveries after hours, our emergency service is designed to remedy occurrences out of the customers control such as a gas leak, etc. It is not intended for oversights such as allowing yourself to run out of gas. If you allow your propane tank to run out of gas and we need to make a special trip, a transit fee and minimum volume requirements are required to cover the additional costs.  All propane deliveries require an established Texas Best Propane account in your name and correct address. If you do not yet have a Texas Best Propane account, please call us at (903) 583-0123 so we can authorize an account in your name. Emergency propane deliveries require payment in full when service is rendered. All balances past 30-days must be satisfied before any additional propane deliveries are made.

Above-Ground Propane Tank Installation

Acceptable locations for propane tank installation are largely determined by safety considerations. Local, State, and Federal propane safety codes specify minimum distances between propane tanks/connections and structures such as homes, outbuildings, driveways, septic systems, parking lots, playgrounds, property lines, other propane tanks, etc. These minimum distances are balanced by maximum distances from the driveway, as the propane truck hoses can only reach so far. Federal regulations also prohibit filling your tank from a propane delivery vehicle parked on the side of any government maintained road.
