WORKING TOWARDS THE AMERICAN DREAM:
It has been said that an immigrant must work twice as hard as everyone else. That’s exactly what the founder of TLC Pipeline Construction has done since he stepped foot in this great country. Tom Celayeta, immigrated to the United States in 1962 at the age of 18. Following his older brothers to the ranchlands of the Western United States. After 12 long years in the ranching industry, Tom started working for Smith Pipeline in 1978. He quickly worked his way up the ranks and was recognized by his peers as a tireless worker, who was strong, honest and fair. After Smith Pipeline, Tom started a career with Mountain West Fabrication. He was a lead superintendent on numerous cross-country pipeline projects throughout the Rocky Mountain Region.
