TRU Operating, LLC is a Texas based oil and natural gas drilling company headquartered in Denton, TX. TRU Operating, LLC and its management have drilled in many areas throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Louisiana. Our business objectives are to acquire leases in known productive regions to mitigate risks in order to accumulate oil and gas reserves at a lower cost, thus higher returns to our partnerships.  TRU Operating, LLC offers oil and gas investment opportunities through direct participation programs which enable investors to participate in the potential cash flow and unique tax benefits associated with oil and gas investments. Especially important in todays economy, oil and gas investments allow investors to diversify and reinforce their portfolios with a commodity that is in steady demand. In addition, investors have the opportunity to play a key role in promoting our countrys energy independence through domestic drilling programs that help alleviate our nations dependence of foreign oil.  TRU Operating, LLC has a specific business model created to focus on shallow reserves in proven productive areas. Additionally, we require at least 10-15 years of production history and multiple pay objectives per well, all of which factor into a financial feasibility model that must show gross cash on cash potential in 18 months or less. These fundamental requirements must be met before TRU Operating, LLC considers the purchase of the lease.  Our strategy is to break away from the mold of current day “Promoters” and Broker/Dealers in order to create a direct relationship between the oil and gas company and the investors, whether industry or non-industry. We are able to accomplish this by acquiring our own leases, operating the wells directly and most importantly, to offer a quality project at the lowest possible cost.  As our families have done for over 100 years, TRU Operating, LLC represents integrity in an industry that sometimes wears a “black eye”. History

The roots of TRU Operating, LLC extend from the late 1800s. The principles of TRU Operating, LLC have been associated with oil and gas for the entirety of their respective lives. Mr. Trubenbachs family drilled their first well in the late 1890s. The history didnt stop with the inception of these drills either; it became the family business for the following generations. Throughout the next four generations, these families evolved in the oil and gas business and created drilling, exploration, service, and consulting companies which creates tremendous resources to draw knowledge from. TRU Operating, LLC maintains over a hundred years of drilling records in fields that have shown substantial production, and in turn have the ability to tap into this large “bank” of experience and knowledge that helps the company better understand risk and reward scenarios for future development.  TRU Operating, LLC learned from its ancestry that the way to maintain stability in the oil and gas business is simply done by one word, Integrity. TRU Operating, LLCs company motto has always been, “Do the right thing for the right reason.” It is a simple thought and credo to live by, no matter the situation. Our business objective is to acquire high value leases and in order to drill and produce the reserves at the lowest possible cost, thus a higher percentage yield to the partnerships.

Operations

• Managing Venturer of Joint Venture Operations: TRU Operating, LLC will partner with certain qualified investors to create partnerships in form of Joint Ventures to accomplish the development of new and existing fields. The duties of the Managing Venturer are to communicate to each Venturer the ongoing operations of specific projects via telephone or email updates. Also, the Managing Venturer is responsible for the accounting of the venture and monthly distributions of proceeds from the sale of oil and gas. TRU Operating, LLC disseminates video, pictures, reports, and is available at anytime for Partners questions, comments, or concerns.
• Criteria for Lease Acquisition and Drilling: TRU Operating, LLC follows a business model that is designed around a specific set of criteria. When evaluating the potential of a lease, it is required to be diligent in gathering real and technical data in order to define whether or not it fits TRU Operating, LLCs requirements. TRU Operating, LLC requires its purchased leases to contain shallow reserves less than 5,000 deep. Secondly, we must have at least 10-15 years of production history in the area to base a financial feasibility model that has the potential to return base investment capital in 18 months or less. In addition, the field must be able to show a large percentage of completed and produced wells to dry holes as well as having multiple pay strata in each well bore. By utilizing this model, we are able to mitigate our risk and optimize our return potential.

• Industry Lease Brokerage: TRU Operating, LLC has an extensive network of Industry partners that align a portion of their drilling portfolios to resemble our business model. TRU Operating, LLC has compiled an inventory of leases that meet our criteria which are offered for outright purchase, or partnership. TRU has the ability to operate these leases if the interested party deems appropriate or necessary.
