UniversalPegasus International (UPI) was formed in 2008 when the resources and talent of two highly regarded, Houston-based engineering and project service companies (Universal Ensco and Pegasus International) were combined. The objective was to build a unique, world-class company that provides its clients with a broad range of engineering and project management services focused on the gathering, transmission and processing of hydrocarbons and hydrocarbon-based products for both onshore and offshore.
