Vectorply is a private company with headquarters in Phenix City, Alabama. Vectorply makes more than 350 different styles of reinforcement fabrics for an unlimited number of composite applications. Vectorply products are produced in the United States, China and England. These factories give Vectorply the capacity to produce more than 65 million pounds of quality reinforcements annually.Vectorply started operations in 1992 as Tech Textiles USA, a 50/50 joint venture between a North American textile company and a British Company called Tech Textiles Ltd. The British company’s interest was purchased in 1995 forming Johnston Industries Composite Reinforcements Inc.  In 2002 the current management group along with an Atlanta-based private equity firm purchased the company and changed its name to Vectorply Corporation.
