Wellons offers biomass energy systems and related equipment, as well as lumber dry kilns for the North American and International markets. Since incorporating in 1964, Wellons has designed and manufactured more than 370 Biomass Boiler and Energy Systems, over 50 Cogeneration Projects, and more than 1,300 Lumber Dry Kilns.

For over 50 years, Wellons has been a leader in providing wood-fired energy systems, lumber dry kilns, and related products and services to the forest products industry. Firmly established and financially sound, we provide our customers with complete services in design, engineering, and manufacturing, as well as installation services and technical assistance.

Headquarters and main manufacturing facility are located in Vancouver, Washington. With additional manufacturing facilities in Sherwood, Oregon; Surrey, British Columbia; and Montreal, Quebec, Wellons maintains over 215,000 square feet of manufacturing capability. To better serve our customers, Wellons has several additional sales and support offices located throughout the United States as well as an office in Moscow, Russia

While we are primarily a manufacturer high quality energy system and dry kiln products, it is important to note that we are also an experienced and capable engineering firm. ASME & National Board Authorized

Wellons, Inc. is accredited by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) for the manufacture and assembly of power boilers, heating boilers, and pressure vessels with the ASME Certification Marks: S, H, and U.

Wellons, Inc. also is accredited by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors for repairs and alterations of boilers, pressure vessels, and pressure retaining items for both shop and field locations under the "R" Certificate of Authorization.

Our experience spans internationally, and over the years, we have completed and registered hundreds of boilers and pressure vessels with the National Board. At Wellons, quality and safety are our first priority.

  Wellons, Inc. is the founding member of the Wellons Group of companies. In addition to our engineering and manufacturing capabilities, Wellons also offers installation of our systems in the USA, and technical assistance with installation and commissioning for our international projects. Wellons also has a complete customer service department, offering parts, technical services, and boiler and refractory services through our RPI Division.

• Wellons Canada

  Wellons Canada is a leading manufacturer of biomass and gas fired thermal energy systems, lumber dry kilns, waste heat recovery systems as well as gas-fired glycol and thermal oil heat medium skids for oil & gas applications up to 20MW thermal capacity. Wellons Canada is located in Surrey, British Columbia and has been designing, fabricating, installing, and servicing its equipment for customers throughout the world since 1976.

• Wellons FEI

  Wellons FEI has supplied the North American market with wood fired energy systems and lumber dry kilns since 1984. Located in Sainte-Julie, Quebec, Wellons FEI specializes in biomass energy systems using step-grate technology with a wide range of industrial and commercial applications, including co-generation. Wellons FEI lumber dry kilns are high performance systems specifically designed and manufactured to be safe, efficient, and durable. Custom designs are available for soft and hard wood applications. Wood dry kiln control systems developed by Wellons FEI are custom built, flexible, and totally adapted to customer needs.

• Wellons Energy Solutions

  Wellons Energy Solutions is an alternative energy project developer that specializes in biomass steam and co-generation projects for industrial manufacturers that have historically relied upon green house gas emitting fossil fuels. Headquartered in New Bern, North Carolina, Wellons Energy Solutions was founded in 2006 to design, build, own, and operate inside-the-fence biomass cogeneration projects at large manufacturing facilities.

  Focused on providing Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) services for industrial customers in North America, Wellons Energy Solutions is able to provide turn-key project installations ranging from 5,000 to 300,000 PPH super-heated thermal and co-generation facilities.
