Title Research

Whitestone uses every tool available to assist in accurate and cost-effective title research.  We have performed title research projects in all areas of Texas, as well as in Louisiana, Mississippi, Colorado, Oklahoma and New Mexico.  We are current with the existing laws and statutes in the areas where we have worked and have access to the laws in other states where we have not worked.  We utilize online courthouse records as a cost control service and follow up with on-site courthouse and abstract records to ensure utmost title accuracy.  We have the reputation of troubleshooting and saving projects that are bogged down, behind schedule or in trouble.

Curative

Whitestone has been involved in multiple runsheet projects over the past 15 years, thus we have cured hundreds of drill site and non-drill site tracts.  We have extensive experience in what it takes to get a well ready to drill.  We can cure every requirement or only cure the requirements as instructed by our clients.  We understand that curative is a necessity; however, it must be performed with diligence and cost effectiveness. 

Seismic Permitting

Whitestone recently completed a 3-D seismic permitting and leasing project that encompassed 70,000 acres.  Our work was completed well in advance of downstream surveying and drilling crews.  We have a program that monitors all aspects and schedules of all entities of a seismic shoot.
