About Company

Anderson Energy Inc. is a resource-based oil and gas development company. Its principal property
is in central Alberta in the Willesden Green area. The company's development strategy is currently focused on high-impact horizontal drilling opportunities for Cardium light oil. The company trades
on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX:AND).

Anderson has one core area, Greater Willesden Green, centered approximately 150 km northwest of Calgary, Alberta. This area includes not only the defined Willesden Green field, but also portions of the Buck Lake and West Pembina fields.

The majority of Anderson’s oil production in the Greater Willesden Green area is from horizontal multi-staged fractured wells in the Cardium formation. Average true vertical depth of the wells is 2,000 meters. All of Anderson’s oil production is light, sweet crude. Natural gas in solution in the oil plus natural gas liquids are also captured from these wells.

Anderson has a strong infrastructure position in the Greater Willesden Green area. Working interests in multi-well Cardium oil batteries in this core area include 100% interests at 01-02-044-08W5, 05-14-039-05W5 and 03-27-041-07W5 as well as a 45% interest at 01-27-040-06W5. Varying working interests up to 100% are held in other one and two well oil batteries in the area. A key 100% working interest is held in a shallow cut gas plant at 05-14-039-05W5. All these facilities provide steady third party revenue. Additional gas plants with some Anderson ownership include 14-32-037-03W5, and 06-16-038-04W5.

The Greater Willesden Green area has been the growth engine for Anderson in the past. The drilling has been light oil focused augmented by both solution gas and a gas condensate discovery in south Willesden Green. In 2017, the pace of development will be highly dependent upon oil prices.
