BlackPearl Resources Inc. ("BlackPearl" or the "Company") is a publicly held Canadian oil and gas company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol "PXX" and on the Nasdaq Stockholm Exchange under the symbol "PXXS". The Company's focus is heavy oil and oil sands assets located in western Canada.

Our operations are concentrated in three core heavy oil areas in western Canada. These properties are currently producing about 9,500 barrels per day. When fully developed, they have the potential to produce in excess of 80,000 barrels per day.

Onion Lake is a conventional heavy oil property located in the Lloydminster area in Saskatchewan. In 2015, about half of our heavy oil production came from the Onion Lake area. During 2015, construction of the first phase of the Onion Lake EOR thermal project was completed and commercial production commenced. The first phase of the project was designed for oil production of approximately 6,000 barrels per day and the Company expects to reach this production rate in the first half of 2016. The second phase of the Onion Lake thermal EOR project is also designed for production of 6,000 barrels per day. A third phase is expected to add an additional 3,000 barrels per day. 

Mooney is a conventional heavy oil property located in northern Alberta. The field was initially developed using primary production techniques. In 2011, we initiated an alkali surfactant polymer flood (ASP flood) to enhance production and significantly increase overall oil recovery. When future ASP Flood phases are developed, the property has the potential to produce 3,000 to 5,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day. 

Blackrod is a planned SAGD development located in the Athabasca oil sands region in northern Alberta. Blackrod is the largest of our three core properties and will require several years to fully develop. The Blackrod property has the potential for an 80,000 barrels per day SAGD development
