The current CMC team of 60+ has over 200 years of combined journeyman experience and quality work is a guarantee. Our staff consists of Instrumentation and Electrical Journeymen Technicians and Apprentices, as well as experienced parts men, bookkeepers, and safety coordinators. CMC prides itself on hiring only the best people and providing a work culture that supports and appreciates them in their daily efforts to advance in their field of expertise. Team building and recognition are important and effective with seven employees achieving the 15-year mark, thirteen passing the 10-year mark and another 20 surpassing 5 years of service. CMC works hard at maintaining a ‘small-town’ culture by bringing our employees together and making sure every one of them realizes the value they bring to the team.
