In September 2002 Lorne Esselink established Cool Creek Agencies. In 2004 he established an affiliated company Rocky Mountain Agencies. Cool Creek Energy and Rocky Mountain Agencies were both agents for Imperial Oil Limited selling Esso fuels and Mobil Lubricants. Both companies have had steady growth since they were established.  In 2011 Cool Creek and Rocky Mountain became resellers for Imperial Oil Limited which prompted the name change from “Agencies” to “Energy” Between the 2 companies they now have 4 fuel terminals, 20 cardlocks, 1 lube terminal, over 10 packaged warehouses, 7 C-stores, 8 freight trucks, 3 lube tankers, and 20 fuel tankers.  Cool Creek Energy and Rocky Mountain Energy are family based businesses; we are proud sponsors of community events and charities in all communities we are established in.  We pride ourselves in offering exceptional service as well as logistical solutions. We have a wide variety of portable and stationary tanks as well as cardlocks to make sure our customer’s needs are satisfied. Fueling Your Business

Cool Creek Energy and its affiliated company Rocky Mountain Energy have a regular delivery schedule for fuel to arrive when you need it. Our fleet of trucks and experienced drivers will keep your vehicles, equipment, and machinery re-fueled with Esso branded fuel. We will bring it directly in your work yard or at the job site. Never worry about running out of fuel with our new automated tank monitoring system. From the top of the Rocky Mountains to the Cool Creeks, we ship gas, diesel and heating oil to your tanks when you need it!

Cool Creek Energy and Rocky Mountain Energy are pleased to provide you with a broad range of Mobil lubricants as packaged or as a bulk lubricants. Also available at select Cardlock convenience store locations, pick up your packaged lubricants or call us to arrange a delivery!

Petroleum Services

Cool Creek Energy is a registered electrical contractor. We specialize in petroleum related fueling components including the supply, installation, maintenance and commissioning of high and low speed refuelers, and Submersible Turbine pumps. Our electrical staff are factory certified on OPW fuel management systems, electronic tank gauge and leak detection systems.  ‘Our service techs hold ITA certification as petroleum maintenance and installation journeyman in addition to first class electrical journeyman ITA interprovincial certifications.’  We can provide a full service card lock build, card lock maintenance services and software installation and training in addition to pump repairs and card lock maintenance.

DEF dispensers are now located at select fuel islands that allow for a quick and efficient way for you to get it in your tank! We continue to grow with this product at our select locations!
