Doxa Energy Ltd. ("Doxa") Board of Directors is comprised 50% by Dynamic Production's senior management team including its President John D. Harvison, who is also President and CEO of Doxa. The remaining members of the Board of Directors are senior managers of the Armstrong group of companies including Arnold Armstrong, Chairman of Doxa.

Dynamic Production

Dynamic Production, Inc. ("Dynamic") is a privately held independent Texas based oil and gas company engaged in onshore only exploration, production and development primarily in Texas along the entire Gulf coast. Dynamic is involved in additional operations within the southwestern United States.
