COMPANY HISTORY

Eagle Propane Sales Ltd. was founded by Gary Watters in 1992. Gary being a gas fitter by trade and having worked in the industry for quite some time decided to start Eagle Propane Sales Ltd as a propane supply company. On Vancouver Island at that time there was little local representation in the propane supply industry, as Eagle Propane grew, so did their reputation of giving affordable friendly service. In 2004 Gary hired his two sons Nathaniel and Jared and daughter Wendy to take the family home based business to the next level. Since that time Eagle Propane has expanded its fleet, staff, and services. Engaging new technology and safety policies Eagle Propane passes savings on to its customers through incentive programs, low rates and maintenance service discounts without compromising the core valves of Propane Safety, Friendly Customer Service, and Community Compassion.

Eagle Propane Sales is constantly looking at new innovations and technologies to supply its customers with the highest quality of service at the lowest cost possible without compromising the core values of Safety, Community Compassion, and Friendly Customer Service. We promote propane as a clean burning fuel in green and efficient appliances. Eagle Propane is expanding our services to encompass a larger service area, new payment options, an internet presence, and soon to come a new office location.  Eagle Propane ensures the protection of our customers, its employees, the community, and the environment by being in direct communication with safety officers regarding the handling, storage, and use of propane gas. Eagle Propane is a member of the Canadian Propane Association and holds its employees to a high standard of safety and training, and regularly updates their certifications. OUR TEAM

Our delivery drivers are trained and certified to industry standards and safety practices. All our staff upgrade their training on a regular basis to promote safety and knowledge. Eagle Propane’s safety officers regularly attend meetings with federal and provincial governing bodies to be up to date on upcoming and newly released safety standards and regulations. Our head safety officer regularly attends federal, provincial, and local committees to promote the development of policies regarding safety standards of the industry with the community in mind. In our fleet we have two propane delivery vehicles. The larger five tonne truck has the capacity to supply to large tanks and loads. The smaller three tonne truck has the ability to maneuver around and deliver to smaller tight driveways and hard to reach locations. Both trucks are equipped with a 150 foot hose reel which allows us to reach a variety of locations short or long distances from roads and/or driveways. Our entire vehicle fleet is regularly maintained and inspected to keep the fleet safe and efficient.
