The Companys defined business strategy is focused on developing our oil properties through horizontal drilling and enhanced oil recovery. New Star is focused on safe operations and we are committed to maintaining good relationships in our area of operations and adhering to the environmental and safety regulations that govern our industry. As of April 1, 2018, Long Run Exploration Ltd. is performing all management services, directing day to day business operations and affairs on behalf of New Star Energy. Invoices for work being performed on New Star assets shall continue to be addressed to New Star Energy Ltd.

New Star Energys principal producing property is the Highvale field located approximately 60 kilometers west of the city of Edmonton, Alberta. The Highvale field produces oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids from the Mississippian Banff formation. Production from the field is processed at the New Star Highvale plant located at 10-04-051-04 W5M.
